Where I would Like to Go

This is for blogging challenge 2

If I went on holiday I would like to Bhutan. I think it would be an amazing place to visit because it is so peaceful and it is full of culture. In Bhutan I would like to visit these three places and festivals.

First, I would like to be part of the Tsechu festival in Thimpu. It is heald once a year in Bhutan’s Capitial Thimpu. The locals all come dressed in tradtional outfits. This Tsechu is to bless all and rid the world of unwanted obstacles. There are cultural daners and masked Monks and a whole heap of other excitment.

Second, I would visit Paro Valley it is home to some of Bhutan’s oldest Temples and Monastaries. A Great cultural experience!

Third,Wangdiphodrang built in the 17th century is the Wangdi dzong located at the altitude of 1,350 meters to the south of Punakha. The dzong is located at the convergence of Punakhachu and the Tang-chu River. It is one of the most magnificent places of tourist interest in Bhutan and the highest reaches of the valley with rich pastureland for cattle.

here is glogster with some photos from Bhutan!
